oh my gosh, this is so wonderful. i can relate to so many of these! especially the one about talking to a male counsellor. this past summer my best friend at camp was male and during a leadership week when the campers were all high school students i had a group of 8 girls who all thought that we were dating because we were always talking and sitting together during all camp activities. to solve the problem though during regular camp we just say that everyone is related to one another which is true since by the end of the summer the whole staff becomes one big happy family.
