“Late for flag? Margret scout up Chapel hill.”
Admin comment: I’m not sure anybody outside of the camp from which I hail will understand this at all, so here’s the exp-
“The Golden Eaglet” is a black-and-white silent film from 1918 highlighting the adventures of one Margaret Scout (that’s not her last name, I have no idea what it is). She shows off the skills taught to Girl Scouts of the time- assisting the elderly and/or infirm, saving lives, swimming in her clothing and heading someplace in quickly and efficiently.
This quick and efficient way is to alternate between ten walking steps and ten running steps, and to those of us who employ it in desperate situations, it’s referred to as “Margaret Scouting”.

(For reference Chapel Hill is a very steep path that goes from Water Front through the chapel and up to the main fire circle, in the center of camp. It’s generally agreed upon as being the most horrible trail at camp. I like it though <3)
